I try to be a patient guy but I also try not to be stupid forever if I can help it. :)

I know if you are like me I expect everything now and I believe God doesn't let things happen on my time schedule because I really do need to learn to be patient and trust that if I do things right eventually everything will fall into place.

If cash flow is an issue here, be patient and find one that makes you comfortable and does cash flow.

When my seller fell behind the mortgage holder told them she could be patient and to pay as they could.
