Hi Shane, I have found value investing in Cleveland, OH because it is home to Cleveland Clinic, lot of good neighborhoods, landlord friendly laws, stable appreciation and good cash flowing properties.

The medical infrastructure in this area is booming and companies like the Cleveland Clinic and Metro hospitals are pouring billions in this area, creating thousands of good paying jobs, which is one of the reason the rental market in this area is so strong.  

I have found value investing in Cleveland, OH because it is home to Cleveland Clinic, lot of good neighborhoods, landlord friendly laws, stable appreciation and good cash flowing properties.

I'm sure they'll probably help the hospitality business with clinics, schools, tournaments and other players. 

I have seen some converted into VA clinics & Doc in a box locations, or leased out to national auto parts facilities (Advance, NAPA).
