Hello BP Family,

I'am looking at a couple of distressed multifamily (20+ Unit) in Cleveland, OH (Cleveland Clinic area.) Rents for newly renovated are good, according to craigslist and other rental sites. I'm in NY and will visit soon to see the properties. My question here is about Cleveland demographics, weather they are good, bad or different. Or are there pockets of neighbourhoods ?
These are distressed properties, so I will have to buy, hold and renovate before anything.

Please advise.
