Now State Farm is back at the table for September, offering the same policy I had, but cheaper than before!

Honestly $200 is cheaper than I would have expected.

Makes me wonder why more of them aren't making proper efforts to educate themselves on value and instead think that a house selling for say $250K is a great deal because it is much cheaper than houses where they are from.

Gatineau, Quebec for example has way cheaper houses than Ottawa.

I do have 3 areas that I believe will out perform the general San Diego market, but their schools are nothing special or worse.West Chula Vista has a large bay front development and can you think on anywhere else that closer to ocean/bay is cheaper than further from bay. 

Additionally, you may want to look at cheaper properties as your first.

Septics, land, and utility installation will not get cheaper.

But 25k rehab later the house is shaping up to be a nice rental on someone elses mortgage.My point is SMS and especially RVM are not perfect technologies, just they are cheaper then post cards to do a 9 touch campaign to 1000's of leads. 

It  is expensive but very reasonably priced ( read much much cheaper compared to other programs).
