We need to close in 1 week and worst case I may need to buy all cash and refi to a different lender losing my property inspection fee the lender charged.

Any suggestions on companies that would be willing to insure without charging 30+ thousand a year??

So much so that insurance actuaries agree they cannot charge a premium high enough to meet with the risk of those "vicious breeds."

That's a house of cards ready to fall down fast. 

I typically get multiple applications at my first open house charging top of market price.  

One of them being you can't charge more than one month security deposit.

You are correct, however I was clarifying if the ask involved trying to figure out a persons’ citizenship like asking for a the person’s green card in addition to or in place of. 

Just being nice or that's just what they charge!
