Because I’m not willing to cut my living expenses by living in my car, I think I will either have to move to a cheaper market (doable because I’m single) and/or find a better paying W2 job.

The Wake county duplex market consists of 71.5% in Raleigh, 8.7% in Cary, 4.0% in Wake Forest, 3.5% in Zebulon, 3.4% in Garner, other cities the rest.

There is a meetup tomorrow in Cary that you should consider going to.  

If somebody's car is trashed and filled with garbage, that may be a representation of how they'll treat your unit.

Not saying I have a lot but what i have I buy nice and maintain such as my car. I

I make over 100k from my job and I have over 100k in savings and I'm 30k in debt (bought a car). I

I reside in Columbus Ohio and recently started our rental property investments in both Cary. 

I would not consider paying for towing unless her car is something really expensive and the tire can't be changed there.
