Our biggest problem was that Bank of America, or perhaps just the person handling our loan at BOA, either didn't know what she was doing, didn't care, or both.

Naca and BOA have been doing this for about 20 years now. 

I'd try to avoid the larger banks (Wells Fargo, BoA, etc.) and find a credit union, mortgage company, or smaller bank that can offer more personalized service and better terms.

It's free with a BOA business account as long as you are direct depositing your payments for your employees, myself, into another BOA account.At the end of the year, Intuit generates a W-2 for me and the total tax due from payroll.
