Some places just don't work for specs.

My wife and I are looking to get into spec home building and this is a project that will really help me create a basis and network of contractors to help us along in our journey.

@Marcus Payne We built our personal home on the 5 acres, sold the second one to a neighbor, and we will build a spec house on the third one.

Are there other products with similar specs (covering the renovation/build)?

I have date/timestamped photos and video of the issue, as well as samples of the dirt saved.The business owner came and looked at the issue - did not try to remedy the situation at all, blamed my professional landscaper and his bobcat on tracks for compacting the soil as he graded (specs for the bobcat state <4 lbs psi, which is less than a person just walking around).

I don’t believe the digital wall mounted controller is operated by batteries.
