To sell without an agent, you'd of course have to  be around for showings, negotiate with the buyer (or buyer's agent), negotiate with the title company and arrange inspectors/appraisers.  

Airbnb has responded to my request that they cannot intervene as this is an "offline arrangement" and they are an online company.

Nick,The whole project was rehabed in 2014 and updated with handicap access on the first floor, new roofs, and better parking arrangement.

Something you could bring to the table is the financing and a split profit arrangement, finding a good deal, or willing to help work on their projects to learn the ropes of the business.

I was wondering if there is something between a buyer and seller that there's an arrangement where I own the building but am making payments to owner so I don't have to deal with as much interest.
