well, if you have 1000+ reviews, you obviously have quite a bit of experienceYes, you can collect 1000 reviews very fast if you have multiple listings at the top of the ranking with 80% above occupancy whole year around.

The goal is to achieve and maintain financial freedom.

Mind you, with mortgage interest rates in the US being so much higher now (and seemingly for the foreseeable future), I wouldn't be surprised if LTRs in Europe would cash flow better than in the whole US nowadays (to be verified).This being said, I don't and would never invest in LT rentals outside of North America  as I wouldn't want to face unfavourable landlord/tenant laws as a foreigner.

So, this whole "you must live in the property for 1 year" claim that we see online seems to be completely baseless.

I'm entirely new to real estate investing, but I have a high risk appetite because I have seen other people achieve amazing things that many say cannot be done.

That cheap skunky weed can stink up a whole complex without even being smoked so she could be telling the truth anyways.

Again, I primarily work in Portland proper (which, it seems like most of these folks responding aren't aware, is a whole different ballgame than the rest of Oregon). 

I recently changed the rental type to "whole house" and the fraudulent listing also adjusted its rental price.

Any person who can achieve property ownership, and then help others have a roof over their heads is a person worth high praise.
