Analyze condition of the property, get repair costs for any major items, budget for small touch ups / cleaning as well.Some people take it farther but I would avoid going into what's called "analysis paralysis".

the gray on white makes it feel much bigger and its starting to look like a kitchen again.APT 33 also got cabinets in and installed The Laundry room has been painted, some touch up remains but it is looking night and day from the moldy mess it was a few short weeks ago.Had some maintenance request over the weekend, nothing major but we attended to them promptly, got told by a 10 year tenant that we had done more maintenance for her in a couple hours then the previous owner did in 10 years.This week should bring exterior doors, more tile, and more paint stay tuned!

A tenant didn't have a lot of furniture so we were able to wipe off the walls, and then touch up the wall where their couch was pushed against.

Once the tenant moves out there will be some minor cosmetic repairs (touch up paint and trimming trees etc..)
