For example, a surgeon’s patient may suffer a bad outcome and file a malpractice lawsuit naming the surgeon’s LLC, and the surgeon personally, as defendants.

It appears to be quite expensive to take down and reconstruct, so before we commit to that, I wanted to see what all utilities are being utilized by the chimney- does anyone have any advice for doing this, and/or any recommendations of experts (Cincinnati local) that may be able to assist in figuring out the problem?

"Reconstruction Cost" is not Replacement Cost.

I definitely won't be able to travel to the countries, or get GTR i dreamed of, or support my family comfortably even if i was a brain surgeon, and that's after the 25 years of college for that.

You just have to do your best to reconstruct what is going on and compare that to typical costs for that size of property. 

Ideally, I want to lease it to national chain maybe as they can reconstruct motel rooms into offices for like satellite office for Comcast or clinics or urgent care like MedNOW but any industry welcome as long they pay rent, insurance, and taxes.Thanks for brainstorming with me. 

Should I use this route or just mess with the bank and try to apply for a reconstruction loan??
