A couple of refurbishments later you may have accumulate enough to do a small development or extend to add value etc.If you have no property experience i'd suggest reading a lot on here and similar portals of knowledge.

They can use cash though, which a lot of tenants like.Eventually you can get software that will allow you to either autodraft from a tenant's account or have a tenant portal where the tenant can pay on-line.
