It had a good owners portal for monthly statements, and a pretty smooth back-end system to make it easy for you as well.  

I am very interested in getting in to the crowdfunding space, in particular equity deals, however it seems like most of the main portals are still only working with accredited investors.  

A couple of refurbishments later you may have accumulate enough to do a small development or extend to add value etc.If you have no property experience i'd suggest reading a lot on here and similar portals of knowledge.

Tenants get a login to their portal where they make maintenance requests there. 

They can use cash though, which a lot of tenants like.Eventually you can get software that will allow you to either autodraft from a tenant's account or have a tenant portal where the tenant can pay on-line.  

The crowdfunding portals work this way too.

I use QuickBooks for my bookkeeping, and I try to be very diligent about the bookkeeping process.I use the owner portal to download all my owner reports.
