Property Management Advice

Hello All,

I am over here in Nova Scotia (near where NS. and NB meet). Anyway, I am looking to know if anyone here took training in property management.  I am looking to expand what I am currently doing. I do not have any formal training just history in the industry and construction.

My question is 2 part,

1) do you know any good quality courses to take?

2) If you were hiring a PM would you care if they had formal training or just that they were good at the job?
