If you're looking for larger buildings, there's another agent I can refer you to who works exclusively in med-large apartments.

If they turned off some/all utilities (assuming they were at some point in the tenants name), AND there is nothing but trash left in the unit (no useable furniture, no current groceries, no clothes in closet, no shoes, no toothbrush in the bathroom or meds in the cabinet), check local law but that IS abandoned...not allegedly abandoned.

There may also be hospitals or colleges in the area ("Meds and Eds" people say) although both can be located in rougher parts of town too.Bad locations will have the opposite.

Hey guys,My wife just got her unfortunate residency match for med school, which will be in Harlan Kentucky…we currently live 2 hours away in Virginia, and because my job is here, she will be moving in July.

You study 4 years undergrad 4 years med school and then 3-7 years residency coming out with huge student loans that have been compounding for years by the time you're 30 and your peers have had the ability to save for almost a decade.

All the working class people that work in the factory, Med center, HERCO ect..
