Brandon Turner's book is fantastic and helps "scratch the itch", so to speak.

It all starts with the first purchase I've learned, now the itch is real.There is a non-BP get together in Conroe on the 17th by the way.

We had built up a lot of equity and we really were itching to get an investment property.

Hi all,I'm about halfway through Set For Life and I'm itching to get feedback on my current situation through the lens of folks who ascribe to what @Scott Trench preaches in the book. 

Despite living the "Rich Dad" life, we manage to save in excess of 30% (between 529s, 401Ks, IRAs, ESPPs, and company stock) for the past ~10 years with my wife as a stay at home mom (the tougher job).I work for a great company and generally find fulfillment with my "9-5" but I still have the real estate itch that I have yet to scratch.

I have the buying itch too but it's a good time to be careful and underwrite VERY conservatively.
