Hi @Ari Newman, OLM has a great web interface where you can skip trace and set up single mailers or multi touch campaigns.

I have been using redfin to look at the deals and I feel like the interface is even better than the MLS page that my previous realtor has sent me.

I also like this version better because it has buttons rather than touch screen as the interface. 

Looking for something that has a shared calendar, an easy to user interface, easy way to add daily updates to each building and easy way to add new bids and approvals for new requests.Any suggestions?

They do have a phone/tablet app as well as a web interface.

We agreed to interface with the state agency, they sent us some papers to sign, we did, they sent a local contractor who did a great job building a wheelchair ramp deck that could be easily removed later.

I feel users of AirBNB, VRBO are a little more tech savvy than the general public and are very accustomed to streaming services.I'm also a fan of the Roku/Android interface smart TVs vs SmartTV that have a proprietary interface like Samsung or Sony. 

They're in the middle of releasing a new API interface for more flexibility.
