I'm familiar with the Chicagoland and Milwaukee areas so that's where I'd like to start.Vegas would be nice for its proximity to my current location.Los Angeles/Southern California as a long, long-term ownership goal would be great because I just flat-out don't want to live anywhere else.

With a C-corp, you must pay a flat 21% income tax rate on your net taxable business income.

It even had a bad roof but still qualified.

Lastly, there's the second position lender who would receive $26,200, but only if they accept the 20% flat rate. 

For the location we would get a flat fee and a guarantee for booking for all rooms in the place.  

It is the only way to eliminate some costs without flat out giving away money to make things affordable.
