@Rob Drum I'd like to stay clear of areas that have too much new construction,  but I really like the idea of Woodlawn and Eastlake.

The exopy came to them in fifty five gallon drums from a manufacturer.

Some neighborhoods do not rent well, but there's still 40k sitting there on a flip for 4 months so why not.I have a friend who works for one of the biggest HMLs, they send him to these real estate seminars that people pay big bucks for in the hopes of drumming up business. 

Mean while you have Joe Biden and the entire administration who seems to be full steam ahead with more spending as they keep beating the drum that all this was caused by Putin.

Same with plumbing...often cutting through joists to re-route waste lines, or leaving old lead waste lines with drum traps buried under several layers of flooring.
