They are using everything at their disposal to achieve their goals.

I am adding a dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal as well as recessed and pendant lighting and moving every other outlet and light switch around.The price I just got to put in a 200 amp panel and move it from inside the laundry to outside at the other end of the house was $3000, but that depends on what the power company makes them do as far as moving the meter and where they are allowed to put the new panel.The price for the rest of the work, which essentially amounts to rewiring the whole kitchen adding a handful of new circuits and some of the den is another $3000.

There are a lot of little things wrong, like a nonfunctional garbage disposal and the dishwasher's soap dispenser doesn't pop and some other small items that will be fixed, but are so inexpensive it really isn't worth going into.

I could imagine that someone else might do that, but not be as careful about where they dispose of the used q-tips.  

One time though, I did have the tenant leave everything clean, but the took the garbage disposal with them. :-)

Do you:(A) Mail order dozens of custom size disposable filters?

I've read in other forums that you shouldn't mix personal and business expenses but I have about 150K at my disposal and I think it would be easier than trying to get a loan.
