I woke up around 4:30am thinking about mine. I've decided since I've recently landed a new job and have some extra disposable income I'd like to invest as a private money lender. No, its not that much disposable income. But in the next 3 months I should comfortably have an extra $7,000-10,000. Now of course I can't fund someones entire deal, so I was looking to join a crowd funding company. I know biggerpockets just recently had one marketing with them. I did some research and feel confident in linking up and using (not sure if I'm allowed to say their company name) R.S.

I'd like to do a couple deal with them and hopefully my returns are solid and impressive. Has anyone used them in the past?

Also...

I'm curious to see what other folks out on BPare doing as far as a real estate financial plan for the next 3 months, 6 months, year, etc...
