Sometimes with a BRRRR deal the property is in such bad shape that you can't get a conventional loan because banks wont do it and you have to get a hard money loan which can have less favorable rates and terms.

If he did that you should have a list of everyone they sent the information to and you can contact them asking them to destroy the documents.My recommendation is that you call all the credit bureaus and put a fraud alter on your account.

So if you have a fire at the house, and it destroys all their stuff, then their insurance policy will kick in to compensate them for that stuff.

So basically I'm trying to get approved for a 3% down loan on a house, it was all going good until my work notified the bank telling them that since I wont be having overtime or bonuses in the future, that I wont be able to qualify for the loan because I cant count any of the money ive made from bonuses or overtime because there wont be any in the near future.

@Phillip Rosin  when you propose this to them make it clear  if they want you to renovate with them in place they will need to completely move out of the kitchen to their apartment for minimum 7 (or your number) days and won' t have access to it for the duration of the renovation.
