I think when the keys to the laundry machines got transferred to me they didn’t all make it to me.

So you want to take something that's been working well, is a well oiled machine, appreciating nicely and throwing off cash flow at the same time.

Personally, I think the delta between what you have and current conventional rates will be a wash and you'd just have longer to pay.

Summit County is a rental machine with all it has to offer, but most people are not getting their full potential with the management companies they choose IMO.

Resident lack of showers, lack of water closet, lack of washing dishes, etc...2.  

It took me nearly 3 years to construct a marketing machine that works well and keeps my business going forward.

Let alone dirt being washed off, soap scum etc, just a difficult place for a window location and probably why they were abounded and not super common at least in this area in new builds but super common in the older homes.Glass block is probably as good of a solution as you are going to find. 

-Relationships with great contractors around Richmond and Los Angeles: plumbers, handymen, roofing, foundation, mold, HVAC, paint, fences, decks, power-washing, landscaping, electrical, and more at great quality and pricing I've found excellent (usually). 

In my experience, washing everything (walls, baseboards, doors, cabinets, etc.) from waist height and down will usually eliminate the odor.

If you're in it to get rich, you're going to get washed.
