@Lisa Phillipsper the link list Russell posted above - Denise just did tenant placement for my first unit and @Tyrus Shivers is managing it.I had no idea Account Closed does property management -Ned is spot on that Seth knows a LOT about the bloated machine that is B'more city government and it's related processes.  

You are basically negotiating against a machine, you will not insult it.If you have reached your maximum offer price and HUD does not accept it, your only option is to wait for more DOM.If you really want the property be sure to check the box that says they can keep your offer as a backup offer.  

They also pay virtually no closing costs.

To keep the wealth creation machine going, it got me thinking of ways to plan for a a competitive return in the mean time, in a tax advantaged manner, provide access at a moments notice for the "next deal,", and additional benefits (death benefit, asset protection,etc).

Went to Lowes and even though they have the kit the girl working in paint didnt know how to program the machine for the kit.
