You have to be willing to send out some cards, letters and talk with owners.

I'm thinking of just keeping it as a free internship for now considering his lack of experience, he doesn't have his own reliable transportation to and from work and he has a bedtime curfew enforced by his beautiful mother so overtime is out of the questionthoughts?
