I'd like to welcome a new member to my team
So after much discussion, I've decided to add a member to my team on a part time basis. He's not really qualified but I decided I'd give him a shot. His duties are to stay out of my wallet, throw things away for me and get the papers out of the printer for me.
He's only about 3 ft tall and just over 4 years of age. He's a fiery little red head that loves to help out and is good at putting puzzles together and would rather read a book than watch spongebob square pants. He's only going to be available to work after I pick him up from pre-school and before dinner.
What do you think I should pay him? I'm thinking of just keeping it as a free internship for now considering his lack of experience, he doesn't have his own reliable transportation to and from work and he has a bedtime curfew enforced by his beautiful mother so overtime is out of the question
thoughts?
