@George Bozikis When I was first trying to get my foot in the door of the real estate industry, I found using LinkedIn as one of the best tools out there to network with real estate professionals that opened many doors for me.

I wouldn't call it a transformation or gentrification, but it's decent working people looking for honest housing stock. 

I will say I've learned a LOT about the industry that I didn't expect having already been an investor and purchased a couple houses personally.You can do it part time (make no mistake, it is WORK), that's exactly the reason I joined the brokerage that I did - allows me to train, get support, and work outside of normal work hours. 

A value-add property at a good price with a few vacant units so you can start the transformation right away.
