Hello,I am very new to wholesaling and I am looking at making on offer on a property but I am struggling to figure out my offering price.

If you are in this area and you are struggling right now dealing with losses, whether your personal residence or an investment property, do not get discouraged. 

I struggled with if this fits the definition of "Turnkey" since I've not placed PM (again, I self-manage).

.)- Age of property owners- Ownership (absentee vs. occupied)- Price Now, I'm struggling with % equity ownership.

LOL (literally, though) My biggest struggle is my funding availability!

I've been trying to learn all i can before i jumped in BBUUTT something the struggling investor Scott said really switched a light on for me, he said if he could change anything about his investing career it would be to have started sooner.I think he said he took 3 years to start but really started learning after he started to invest, and I saw a lot of my traits in him so I've decided to jump in.Initially I am interested in wholesaling or assigning to get my feet wet, learn the ropes and build up some capitol.

All,I've been struggling with getting my mind around all the numbers involved in evaluating a house/multifamily for purchase as a buy/hold.  

Anyone else struggling to get local banks and appraisers to understand these for new energy efficient designs more less offer them?

So far I have 1 quote, but I am struggling to find other decent options online.

I haven't gone to look at the property since I am struggling to find a lender who would lend 50k on a rental.
