Roofer and handyman near Delray Beach

Hi, 

I am closing on a property on September 1 and I am looking for help in finding a good roofer and handyman in/near Delray Beach. Here is what I need done: the roof needs some patchwork in 3 main areas (1 has a small leak), need some tiles replaced inside, the roof needs little work where the leak was, and some general patching here and there. The roof is the biggest issue and I just need to get it to where it will pass a 4-point inspection. 

So far I have 1 quote, but I am struggling to find other decent options online. Hoping someone in the area will have some tips for me.
