Agree that 30 days is not time to panic.What specifically is poor about the communication?

I don't know that they have a specific real estate focus, but from my experience they are good with the foreign-earned income or foreign tax credit stuff (as should be most CPAs?). 

And to be specific - it's the person, not the company. 

I'm feeling apprehensive about making a mistake and not sure where to start and really want to get specific on my strategy. 

I worked in banking, specifically consumer lending finance for nearly 6 years in the operations and underwriting side.

However, it sounds like that builder can not move their properties given that they are offering incentives - that's a red flag right off the bat that the new builds might be priced too high for their specific location, which could certainly affect appreciation for a while. 

The vacancy rates can vary, we would have to see how many active rentals are available in that specific pocket as well as the days on market. 

You don't need to use any specific platform to do something like this.
