If you're in a position for the risk and can manage it well if it goes south, I say go for it. 

Added to that, it is between Colorado Springs and Pueblo, both of which have been hot markets the past few years, and Colorado Springs is getting an Amazon facility on the south end (close to Widefield/Security).

This was in the summer in the south.

If you like to be closer to the Mountains and want to see some incredible homes and architecture, Pasadena, South Pasadena, La Canada, San Marino would be some of the place I would look up.

I’m not expecting to hit a home-run, because I know there’s going to be some hiccups.5 miles south of the location from the duplexes is another state!

I have a $82k HELOC and South Florida is looking like it could be a solid market.

I'm going to pick a Southside neighborhood because so many people just wrongly lump the 1M people on the Southside into one neighborhood:I love Pullman (Not West Pullman), specifically South of 111th.
