Hello,
I am looking for a real estate investing group in or near the Berkshires in MA. Does anyone know of one or would like to start one up with me? I have a property now in VA and have fixed a few up and flipped them. I am a person of integrity and care about how I would provide housing for tenants, so please be on the same page if you would like to get involved. Thank you!
I would be happy to chat with you about investing in the Berkshires. There is no official investor group in the area, but the housing association holds a once a month meeting for landlords. I would be open to starting one. I work with many investors in the area and invest myself.
Hi, I'm originally from MA but live in DC. I love the Berkshires and am interested also in investing there. I have a rental property south of Boston, but no other properties right now, so I'm relatively new but looking to expand.
