Besides investing in real estate, I manage an app I developed called the Herd which brings in a decent income, I work for a leasing company between classes, I bartend on the weekend, and I help out on the family farm.

Developers are starting to build mass amounts of apartments in the area which has increased the number of rentals.

I personally can't stand banks now after developing relationships with private money lenders.

that's what I am thinking.. going to look at a plant today.. ( after salmon fishing on the Willamette )not really interested but my buddy who is developing it wants me to look at it.. and since its his boat I am obligated.although he got a master lease from the city for his facility so the city is buying off on it..  

Milwaukee is a great market to look into especially due to the new development of jobs.

I don’t want to develop this alone.

So basically what I’m doing is working on development of a new complex in my hometown.

I am an experienced developer and agent in Bergen county NJ.

I could also develop a partnership with a builder.

Similarly I see some CRE lenders throwing money around again topped by dried up inventory and too many new, overpriced A-class developments going up just to create the perfect storm all over again - this time in the CRE space.
