Turn key condo development sale
I own 6 acres of prime land in a medium sized town in Iowa. Perfect location right where the city is growing. Most engineering is complete. Zoning is correct for 30 condo unit which is in high demand. I have negotiated a TIF. I have a builder lined up. I don’t want to develop this alone. I have reached out to local developers to buy me out and they are all too involved with other projects. Question is: How could I market this to out of area without just throwing it on MLS and hoping someone stumbles upon it?
