New Member from SGV looking to purchase his first property
Hello, everyone! I am a motivated 22 year old soon to graduate with no student loans, I am very motivated to start my real estate investing career. I am a behavioral therapist currently located in Southern California, SGV. However, we all know how expensive it can be to invest here, so I've been looking into investing out of state! Any tips and tricks for my first investment property? Also, plan on doing going to some of the events soon too!
