I bought property from a 'one-stop shop ' realtor in a city a 2 hr flight away.

If the street says East anything, I would not live there.As for shopping and chain restaurants, Peach St is the place to be (on the south end in Millcreek township that is).  

Are you a lic GC we are looking at opening shop in your area.

Insurance, you shop for yourself.
