Based on your experience, is it worthwhile to look around Chicago area, like Oak Park, for example?

If the one up the street sold for $500k then the one you're looking at if it's close in age, amenities, rents etc. will be in the same ball park.

Cities including West Hills, Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Canoga Park, Northridge, etc.

My community services tourists headed to Yellowstone National Park.

However, I speak from the perspective of a commercial broker, who sells Mobile Home Parks, I am not sure of the outlook of agents in the residential route.

Home is even right next door to the neighborhood park for your kids to play.

There is a nice delivered fully vacant triplex in highland park on the market right now that I like for a house hacker.
