Google maps will give you a good idea of the commute.What I like about Bayonne is the mix of low prices (relative to other northern nj cities) with low crime, nature, rail to PATH, relatively strong schools and plans for progress with luxury residential, commercial, park and transportation development.

Even if this were permitted, you couldn't likely do it until/unless your wife quits her current employer ... then and only then could she roll the funds into a self directed vehicle, but a vast majority of 401k plans would not allow her to roll it into another self directed plan while she was employed there.

I just had a long conversation with a friend about this topic (after a flight attendant looked at purchasing one of my flips as a crash pad) - basically - get as many bedrooms as possible - stack them with bunkbeds - home should be completely furnished and a vehicle provided - and it would help tremendously if you or a friend/relative work for an airline

Why would you not liquidate if selling generates enough cash to invest to not have to continue working.You either invest rental income in passive vehicles while still working and sell to retire or sell and reinvest equity to retire.
