You can record it and then there would be a cloud on title preventing anyone else from being able to purchase behind your back.I wouldn't use any old MLS stuff in your advertising since that really wasn't yours to begin with and could definitely ruffle the wrong feathers.

This helps since many students aren't from the the local area.Provide simple waste baskets in each room, its only about $3-$5 and believe it or not it will prevent bug infestations because the students actually use them.

@Matt DevincenzoI was working in Dallas in August 2011 - I'll take -45F over 112F any day.What amount of insulation is wrapped on this ductwork to prevent it from heating up during a prolonged spell of 90+F temperatures (where it could easily be 120F in the attic space)?

Would refi after hitting 20% to tradtional loan prevent the extra expense of permanent MIP payments, or do you thing the interest rate will have gone up enough in that time frame to not be useful.I am currently living with my dad and am only paying ~200/month( I am 21, forgot to mention, lol), but thats actually because he and my grandmother were both unemployed, so i moved in to help with expenses, (having been living in my own apartment before that), and their finances are now in order, hence my desire to move into my first purchase.

This was done to help prevent a neighbor from losing his house due to foreclosure, and allowing some time for things to improve, but not an agreement I wanted to be in indefinitely, hence the 5 year balloon.
