What closes a sale for one person is different that what does for another.Perhaps sell it.I don't buy vacation property for myself or time shares etc because I would rather buy another rental and then if I want to go on vacation there are so many fully furnished lake houses or mountain retreats out there the list is endless.

@Joe Au  the folks that I know that have large net worths not only own their own home but usually have one in the Desert  and maybe up at Lake Tahoe.. or some ski area .. add in a ranch in Montana to go fishing etc etc etc.
