Going for the 4 bedroom home thats priced in the realm of 3 bedrooms.

I know it is similar to Instagram but there are so many real estate groups on Facebook that have (tens of) thousands of agents/investors/home buyers and once you join, you can market the property in general but also market the open house.

But if it's a single-family home in a remote area, it might make sense because they need to make it worth their while to manage.

Purchase price: $588,000 Technically a duplex but its a single family home with an ADU built into the home using the space above the garage as the ADU living space.

I currently own a condo, a duplex, and my personal home (half of which is rented out) all under my own name. 

Do you have any tips on how to convince our landlord to sell to us or that we’re serious about this?

Hello BP,Someone I know recently inherited two homes through an estate inheritance.

I need it just often enough to send or receive items from vendors or local govt's to want the convenience of using it from my home, hotel room, or office.  

Also will be adding tiny home cabins to property to make for cash flowing retreat/STR.
