After some inspiration and listening to the BiggerPockets Podcasts, I feel inspired to take the leap forward.

They aren't greedy and they are genuinely concerned about the deal getting done, the seller getting their house sold, and many of them, I would guess, are able to backstop the deal themselves if needed. 

.- My why behind choosing to manage them myself is because I'm genuinely interested in the challenge, even (when) if it comes with mistakes.

It's been a crazy experience, and honestly, it would not have been possible without this great community - so I wanted to make this post and hopefully inspire/help someone else to do the same!

I genuinely enjoyed the connection, until I met his life-partner who clearly didn't trust me and my whole "scheme". 

If you are genuine, bring value to them and are personable, you can form an excellent partnership with them.

I'm fronting the cash for partner 3 and then we split the profit 50/50 (he found the deal, got it under contract, secured HML, will project manage rehab, oversee sale AND brought me in etc. he's crushing it and a genuinely good dude too!).
