2) How many Gas Meters are in the building?

Owner paid water and gas.

Is it worth 3 hours of your time and gas money to pick up it-probably. 

Doubtful all the units have separate electric, gas & water meters. 

This surprises me, as I’ve been thinking the gas prices would drop ADRs.

With all of the recession talk going on my buddy wants to sell because he feels like people are going to stop traveling (HIGH GAS),and I was on the bandwagon too for awhile.

The garage already has a electric panel and a gas line and water line, but they all pull from the same address.

You'll likely have to update water service as you're adding a bath, and need to account for adding an additional electric and gas meters.
