I’ve always been with a wholesaling team that had a TC, now I’m on my own & have honestly never filled out or have an AZ wholesale purchase contract & AZ assignment contract.

Looking forward to working through this process.

But since I am not an experienced investor’s agent, I am looking to automate this process for investors who are looking for properties to invest in.

Those may have to go unrepresented like it was in the 1970s and before and many got hammered in the process.   

I am hoping I can implement a solid process to scaling properties over time, but need to take action and start with one. 

But, its been an amazing process for my wife and me.

So to say money for not much work shows you’re ignorant to what it takes to be an agent. 3% tops You can totally put your property up for sale on a FSBO site or use a flat-fee MLS listing service and manage the sales process yourself.

We've gone through the Site Plan Approval process with the City, have officially split the lot into three parcels, and are expecting to receive our building permits this week (yay!).
