In need of a couple AZ contracts

Hi everyone, stumbled across this site tonight online looking for contracts lol looks very useful so I signed up! 
I’ve always been with a wholesaling team that had a TC, now I’m on my own & have honestly never filled out or have an AZ wholesale purchase contract & AZ assignment contract. So if anyone can help & have those contracts & possibly a Mach one I can use as a guide, I’m so afraid of filling it out wrong! I see no emails so I’m not sure how I can be sent anything?
