Thanks.I don't have experience, but I don't see how it's economically wise.Only 2.3% of all cars in New Jersey are electric.

SInce then it was all traditional purchases (SFH), and rentals.But for the last decade (!)

I want to start investing in real estate, and I am going over all these books to see the type of strategy that I am going to follow.

But some people think LLCs are bullet proof and go through all the hassle to try and hide behind them.
