Have you considered maybe a zone variance or is that too time consuming for the deal you currently have going?

The problem is they make the process so time consuming with forms and inspections and etc etc in order to "help" the vets, but what happens is most owners would then rather rent to a "normal" (sorry, for lack of better term) tenant. 

The barrier to entry and price to rent ratios are still solid in many Cleveland neighborhoods, as with all products and services you have to provide something that the consumer wants.

The Realtor I used taught me alot, and I got to know what it was like to be the consumer relying on an agent. 

Consumers understand it's not the actual person, but they do appreciate that it's his name and it's actually a pic of him.

The opportunity zone benefit does not increase the value of property it only enhances the benefit of a good deal but the deal needs to be good on its own merits first.
