How are the evictions laws in your area?

I'm an investor in Chicago proper and Northwest Indiana. Covid aside, evictions have always been a nightmare in Chicago. If you're lucky, you might get a non-paying tenant out in four months. Northwest Indiana is much, much better for landlords.

Curious to here some stories.
