The best RE books I've read are:One Minute to Property Riches - Mike Rossi (expensive but worth it as a b.s. eliminator, you can read his posts here as MikeOH or read his online blog and really get a great feel for his systems.

Once that is done, we have tax free dollars and we helped with the National Debt :roll: I find it IRONIC that Liberals are really big on socking it to the RICH guys, "TAX THEM, TAX THEM, TAX THEM", but when it comes down to their money, YOU MUST DO A 1031 Tax Free Exchange.

Based on the results of Rich's recent survey regarding Fix and Flippers, it appears funding is what keeps many of you from doing more deals.I may be interested in getting into Rehab / Fixing and Flipping but would prefer to do it with minimal risk.
