Calling Rehab / Fix and Flippers in North Dallas.

I'm a buy and hold investor that may be interested in getting involved in Rehabs / Fix and Flips.

Based on the results of Rich's recent survey regarding Fix and Flippers, it appears funding is what keeps many of you from doing more deals.

I may be interested in getting into Rehab / Fixing and Flipping but would prefer to do it with minimal risk. An experienced Fix and Flipper looking for additional funding might be just the ticket.

My current goal is to add at least one SFH to my holdings this year. Yep, that's a small goal, but easily obtainable and carries little risk if I buy right. Even if I buy wrong, I have the capital to carry me through mistakes - that and time will get me on track for the next acquisition.

I have no doubt over time I can build my portfolio and achieve my goals, but trial and error is by no means the most effective method.

Based on Rich's poll, I would think there may be a Rehab / Fix and Flipper in the area I could partner up with that would benefit both of us.

I bring a fair amount of capital and knowledge of RE based on my life's experiences.

I'm not new to RE, have been a homeowner for well over 30 years. I know my way around a house, have been known to fix darn near anything, and am not afraid of a challenge.

Worst case I stay on my current path and pick up at least one more SFH this year to add to my current rentals, best case I partner up and learn a new avenue of RE investing.

This is a shot in the dark, but you never know till you throw it out there.
